Milk thistle is an herb traditionally used for detoxifying the liver by promoting the flow of bile and helping to protect hepatocytes. Designs for health’s milk thistle is standardized to 80% silymarin. Milk thistle may help protect the liver from the normal and inevitable exposure to toxins. The inclusion of sunflower lecithin provides improved absorption and additional lipotropic liver support. Recommended use: take 1 capsule per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
